Abdication

In consideration for my acceptance as a participant in “The White Thrill / The White Thrill Mini” varied terrain ski race, and intending to be legally bound, I hereby agree to release and hold harmless the organizers and sponsors from any and all liability. I release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue the organizers, the sponsors, the authority of St. Anton am Arlberg, the Arlberger Bergbahnen, as well as their respective administrators, directors, agents and other employees, from any and all liability for any and all claims, demands, losses or damages on account of injury arising from or in connection with this competition. I hereby certify that I am physically fit, have sufficiently trained for participation in the event and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical person. I have been informed on the course of the race track and I acknowledge that running/cycling is a potential hazardous and exhausting activity.
I hereby covenant that all biographical information provided is true and correct and I assert that I will not transfer my bib number to another person. I also understand that official bibs shall not be modified in any way and that I must finish with the same number I started with. I am aware that the organizers have a right to revoke my participation in the race in the event of any violation of the above mentioned statements.

Causes for disqualification further are failure to observe race officials’ signals and the missing of a control gate. I hereby further affirm to have received and read the Rules & Regulations and agree to abide by the conditions herein.

I hereby further affirm to attend the Race Meeting and agree to abide by the conditions stated therein.

Those who are unable to participate are not entitled for reimbursement by the organizer. We recommend you book an entry-free insurance at the time of registration. In case of the race cancellation due to security and/or natural causes, there're no financial claims possible.

The race number must be collected in person from the respective guardians.

The Arlberger Bergbahnen AG explicitly state that the entire ski area is closed down after the last ski patrol check and announces that from this time on there will be no patrol or safety control whatsoever. I understand that the Arlberger Bergbahnen AG has no direct affiliation with the organization and the course of the event and assumes no responsibility and disclaims any liability for the consequences resulting from the participation in the race. I understand that trails will not be groomed and marked like a downhill race, I know the race course and I am aware that I am subject to the ten skier safety rules promulgated by FIS while skiing in this race (see overleaf). The Rescue Helicopter will be on stand-by throughout the event. Please note that the Rescue Card does not cover rescue operations!
